After all the eating and drinking I did at our dinner party on Sunday, and very little exercising this week, I should be grateful all I had was a 0.2 lb gain!
I just can't seem to get my mojo back yet. Our dinner party was great, and everyone had a wonderful time, but I'm suffering from an overabundance of sugar and carbs. I've been tired and PMS'y and coming down with something, and second-guessing myself in everything this week. All the rainy weather and darkness as we get close to time change doesn't help either. I think I've been eating too many sugary snacks, so this week I will cut back.
Plus Sunday is November 1, so it's a perfect time to recommit and get back to 30 days of 30 minutes of activity. I did so well in September when I did that!
I should also get a lot more sleep. I haven't slept much or well the past few days. G'night!
